Almond processing
Bongiovanni srl focuses on the quality of its product, selecting the best dried fruit and subjecting it to mechanical processing processes that preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the seed.
Using state-of-the-art food processing equipment, the company grades the almonds in shell, then moves to shelling, separation and peeling.
This yields multiple products, from the whole shelled and peeled seed, to grain and flour that is also used in the confectionery and bakery industries.
The highest quality organic shelled almonds
The following products are obtained from the processing of dried fruit:
- natural shelled almonds,
- peeled shelled almonds,
- almond scrap,
- sliced almonds,
- chopped almonds,
- almond flour,
- almond sticks.
We make product packaging in different sizes, according to customer's needs, offering BIG BAGS of 1,000kg and bags of 25, 15, 10 and 5kg or 10kg cartons.
